Direct Coupled Fanuc Servomotors on X,Y,Z axes
The Fanuc servomotors on each axis, are direct coupled to a large diameter ball-screws which are pre-tensioned, to provide high-rigidity and minimize thermal distortion.
Easy Chip Disposal
Proper disposal of cutting chips greatly affect productivity. The slanted Y-axis chip guard and the chip collectors with large area, placed left right of the Y-axis ensures optimum remove the chips from the working area.
Swivel Control Panel
The newly designed control panel can swing out for great convenience while setting up or operating the machine. When the control panel is not in use, it easily swings back into initial position.
Heat exchanger for control cabinet
The high performance heat exchanger ensures a constant temperature inside the control cabinet. It provides protection for electronic components, controller and motor driver.
Electric Cabinet
Electric layout is clearly planned, matching the CE requirements.
Telescopic guideways cover
The machine is designed with a slant type telescopic cover on Y axis to avoid the chips accumulation. High pressure coolant flushing away the chips from the bottom guarding assures optimal chip disposal efficiency during machining.
Heavy-duty linear guideways on X,Y,Z axes
Wide-spaced, oversized linear guideways provide optimum stiffness with less friction, less heat and less thermal growth for faster traverse rates, longer machine life and greater positioning accuracy.
Automate lubrication system
The three axes linear ways and ball screws are lubricated by specially designed self lubrication devices. The operator is not required to add lubrication oil. This lubrication system not only prevents oil deterioration caused by coolant pollution, but also meets environmental protection requirement.
Belt driven Spindle
The spindle is a true cartridge type unit supported by four precision class high speed bearings which are permanently greased and lubricated. The spindle is driven by a high torque Fanuc A.C. motor delivering high cutting power.
CAROUSEL TYPE MAGAZINE
The standard carousel type magazine provides a loading capacity of 10 tools. It features bidirectional random tool selection for highly efficient tool changing.
